We provide high-quality solid fuels to customers across Worcestershire, West Warwickshire, South Birmingham and the surrounding areas, with UK-wide pallet delivery available for our kiln-dried firewood. As proud Woodsure Ready to Burn certified suppliers, we only offer clean, efficient and well-seasoned fuels including kiln dried firewood logs, smokeless coal, kindling and firelighters.
Our story began over 20 years ago, long before we had our drying kilns and processing equipment. In the early days, Flog A Log focused on producing kindling by collecting used pallets and chopping them by hand with a simple axe. It was honest, hard work and laid the foundation for the business. As demand grew, the founder’s two sons joined the company around 15 years ago, helping to build the strong family business we are today.
As we expanded from kindling into premium kiln-dried firewood logs, we invested heavily in modern equipment and sustainable production methods. Today, raw hardwood trunks are processed onsite, cut to size and carefully dried in our purpose-built kiln to create high-quality, low-moisture firewood logs suitable for stoves, fireplaces and outdoor fire pits.
Our kindling production has also advanced significantly from the pallet-and-axe days. Logs from the kiln are now fed into our modern kindling machine, which splits and fills our kindling nets efficiently and consistently, ensuring customers enjoy an easy, reliable fire-lighting experience.
