Refund and Returns Policy

Returns and Refund Policy for Flog-A-Log

Thank you for shopping with Flog-A-Log using our solid fuels online ordering service! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of firewood logs, smokeless coal, kindling and firelighters and request that you review our Returns and Refund Policy to understand your rights and obligations should you be dissatisfied with our products and service.

1. Returns

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@flogalog.com to notify us of your intent to return.
  • Provide your order number, the name of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorisation.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Flog-A-Log reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 30 days.

Please note the following:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed in the currency of the original order.

4. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged product and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service team at info@flogalog.com. We will guide you through the exchange process.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the damaged or defective item, along with your order number and a description of the issue, to [info@flogalog.com. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be non-returnable. Please check the product description before making a purchase.

7. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
